IC Decision Packet
Hand this packet to the IC at the start of the session. One sheet per round β fill it in after each teamβs brief, before announcing a decision. Collect all 5 sheets at session end. The completed packet is your primary debrief artifact: you can ask the IC to read back what they wrote in Round 2 and the room can assess whether that synthesis was accurate.
How to print: Click the button below. Set page size to A4 portrait. Each round prints on its own page.
5 round sheets below. Hand the full packet to the IC before Round 1 starts. One sheet per round -- fill in after each cross-team briefing, before announcing a decision. Collect at session end for the debrief.

IC Role Reminder
You are the only person in the room who hears all three team briefings. Your job is not to know more than the teams -- it is to integrate what they know, surface what they disagree on, and make a decision when they are stuck. Record each team's input separately before you synthesize. You will use this packet in the debrief.
